Possible Causes
Locked control (child lock feature), Faulty touchpad or button switch, Loose control panel ribbon cable, Control board input failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before removing the control panel.
Check for lock mode:
- Consult your AGLUCKY manual to see if a lock or hold function exists (often holding a button for several seconds toggles it). Try unlocking.
Inspect control connections:
- Remove the top or front panel to access the control PCB and button board.
- Ensure the ribbon cable or wire harness between the display/buttons and main board is fully seated.
Test buttons:
- Press each button and feel for a positive click (for mechanical switches). If some buttons feel mushy or stuck, the keypad may be defective and require replacement.
If the panel remains unresponsive with good connections, the control board may need replacement.
