Clean water path and evaporator:

• Remove and clean the water distribution tube and pump intake screen to ensure full water flow over the evaporator.
• Descale the evaporator with a vinegar solution or ice maker cleaner to improve heat transfer.

Adjust usage:

• Allow the unit to run several cycles; early batches are often smaller.
• Ensure adequate ventilation so the condenser can reject heat efficiently.

If ice remains consistently small after cleaning and proper water level, the temperature or thickness sensor may be misreading and could require replacement.
