Possible Causes
Uneven countertop, Missing or hardened rubber feet, Loose internal mounting screws, Imbalanced fan blade
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before tipping or moving the unit.
Stabilize the unit:
- Place the ice maker on a solid, level surface. Avoid hollow or flexible countertops.
- Check that all rubber feet are present and intact. Replace missing or damaged feet.
Inspect internals:
- Remove the cover and verify that the compressor, condenser, and fan assemblies are firmly mounted.
- Check the fan blade for cracks or imbalance; replace if damaged.
After reassembly, run the unit and observe. If vibration persists despite a level surface and secure components, internal compressor imbalance may be the cause and is not user-serviceable.
