Water pump is very loud or makes grinding noises during operation.

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug and drain the reservoir before removing the pump.

Clean and inspect pump:

Access the water circulation pump from the bottom or side.
Open the pump housing (if serviceable) and remove any debris from the impeller.
Check that the pump is mounted securely and not vibrating against the chassis.

Eliminate air and ensure submersion:

Refill the reservoir to the proper level so the pump intake is fully submerged.
Tilt the unit gently to release trapped air and restart.

If noise persists and especially if the pump output is weak, replace the pump.
