Ice maker will not power on, display is blank or shows E01 shortly after startup.

Step-by-step checks:

• 1. Verify power supply: Confirm the wall outlet has 220–240V (or local rated voltage) using a multimeter. Check the plug and power cord for damage or burn marks.
• 2. Inspect main PCB connections: Remove the rear or lower service panel to access the main control board. Reseat all multi-pin connectors, especially the harness going to the display/user interface. Look for bent pins, corrosion, or loose locking tabs.
• 3. Check for board damage: Visually inspect the PCB for burnt components, bulged capacitors, or darkened areas. If present, the board is likely defective.
• 4. Power cycle reset: Leave the unit unplugged for at least 5 minutes, then reconnect power and see if the E01 clears.
• 5. Replace control board if needed: If power to the board is correct and wiring is intact but E01 persists, replace the main control PCB with the correct Blomberg part number for your model.
