Display shows E07; water pump does not circulate water over the evaporator plate in a flake or nugget-style ice maker.

Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water supply. Water may spill when hoses are removed.

Steps:

• 1. Access pump: Remove the front or lower panel to locate the water circulation pump in the reservoir area.
• 2. Check for blockage: Disconnect the pump from the reservoir and inspect the impeller housing for mineral scale, plastic pieces, or sludge. Clean thoroughly with a soft brush and descaling solution approved for ice machines.
• 3. Inspect hoses: Ensure inlet and outlet hoses are not kinked or blocked. Flush with clean water.
• 4. Electrical test: Measure pump coil resistance and check for continuity. If open, replace the pump.
• 5. Bleed air: After reassembly, fill the reservoir and tilt the unit slightly if needed to help purge air from the pump. Restart and confirm water flow over the evaporator.
