• Refill water: Remove the reservoir or tank, fill with clean drinking water up to the MAX line, and reinstall it firmly so the valve opens correctly.
• Check for leaks: Ensure no water is leaking from the tank connection, which could prevent proper filling.
• Clean float or sensor: If accessible, gently clean the float or water level sensor area with a soft cloth to remove scale or slime that may cause sticking.
• Restart: Turn the unit back on and confirm that the ADD indication disappears.

If the ADD warning persists with a full tank, the water level sensor may be defective and require replacement.
