Ice maker produces ice very slowly or cubes are much smaller than normal.

Safety first: Unplug the appliance before cleaning vents or moving it.

Steps:

• Improve ventilation: Ensure at least 10–15 cm clearance around the unit. Do not place it near ovens, radiators, or direct sunlight.
• Clean vents and condenser: Use a vacuum with a brush attachment to remove dust from all air inlets and outlets. If the condenser is accessible, gently brush off dust buildup.
• Check water temperature: Use cool tap water rather than warm water in the reservoir to reduce load on the cooling system.

If performance remains poor after cleaning and optimizing conditions, the sealed system may be weak and should be evaluated by a technician.
