E19 error, unit may beep and stop, door or front panel may not be fully closed.

Safety first: Disconnect power before adjusting door components.

• Check door closure: Ensure the door or front panel closes fully and evenly. Adjust hinges or leveling feet so the cabinet is square.
• Inspect door magnet: If a magnetic reed switch is used, verify the magnet is present and correctly positioned in the door. Replace if missing or weak.
• Test door switch: Access the switch behind the front frame. Use a multimeter to check continuity when the door is closed vs. open. Replace the switch if it does not change state.
• Secure wiring: Confirm the switch harness is firmly connected to the main PCB and not damaged.
• Test operation: Restore power and confirm that E19 clears when the door is properly closed.
