How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before working on the control panel.
Steps:
- Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a slightly damp cloth to remove sticky residues that may hinder button travel.
- Access keypad: Remove the top or front cover to expose the user interface PCB and button contacts.
- Inspect for damage: Look for cracks in the PCB or worn carbon pads on the buttons.
- Check connector: Ensure the cable from the UI to the main board is secure.
- Replace UI assembly: If buttons remain unreliable, replace the entire control panel / keypad assembly.
