ADD
Display shows ADD or water droplet icon; beeping; unit will not start ice cycle.
Water Reservoir Empty / Low Water Warning
E1
Ice maker stops and displays E1 shortly after power-on; unit may beep and fan does not start.
Cabinet Temperature Sensor (NTC) Fault
E10
E10 displayed; unit may start but quickly aborts the cycle; fan may run but compressor does not.
Compressor Start Failure / Overcurrent Detection
E11
E11 error; fan runs but ice production is extremely slow or absent; unit may run continuously.
Low Refrigerant / Sealed System Performance Fault (Detected by Temperature Profile)
E12
E12 displayed; unit may shut down unexpectedly; control panel may be unresponsive or reset randomly.
Power Supply / Low Voltage Fault
E2
Display shows E2 and ice production stops; unit may still power on but compressor does not run normally.
Evaporator / Ice Tray Temperature Sensor Fault
E3
E3 error on display; ice basket remains empty; compressor may run briefly then stop.
Ambient Temperature Sensor Fault
E4
E4 displayed; ice-making cycle stops mid-way; ice shovel or tray may be stuck in one position.
Ice Tray / Ice Shovel Position Sensor or Motor Fault
E5
E5 error appears; compressor may not start or stops quickly; no ice is produced.
Compressor Overload / High Temperature Protection Fault
E6
E6 displayed; unit powers on but neither compressor nor fan starts; no ice production.
Main Control Board Communication or Internal Fault
E7
E7 error; water pump does not run or runs intermittently; ice-making cycle does not start.
Water Circulation Pump Fault
E8
E8 appears; water tank is full but machine reports water shortage and will not start ice production.
Water Level Sensor / Float Switch Fault
E9
E9 error; ice basket is not full but machine indicates ice bin full and stops making ice.
Ice Bin Full Sensor Fault
FULL
Display shows FULL or ice bucket icon; machine stops making ice even though basket is not full.
False Ice Bin Full Detection
Symptom
Buttons on the control panel are unresponsive or require very hard pressing.
Keypad / Button Failure
Symptom
Condensation or water droplets forming heavily on the exterior surfaces of the ice maker.
Excessive External Condensation
Symptom
Display is lit but segments are missing or unreadable; buttons may still work.
Partial Display Failure
Symptom
High-pitched squealing or buzzing noise from the rear of the ice maker.
Condenser Fan or Compressor Noise
Symptom
Ice cubes are fused together in large clumps in the basket.
Ice Clumping in Storage Bin
Symptom
Ice has an unpleasant taste or odor (plastic, chemical, or musty).
Contaminated Water Path / Odor Transfer
Symptom
Ice maker does not power on at all; no lights or display; appears completely dead.
No Power / Dead Unit
Symptom
Ice maker leaks water onto the countertop or inside the cabinet.
Water Leak from Reservoir or Internal Tubing
Symptom
Ice maker powers on but does not start ice-making cycle when Start button is pressed.
User Interface / Control Input Fault
Symptom
Ice maker produces ice, but cubes are very small or hollow and melt quickly.
Insufficient Ice Cube Size / Poor Freeze Quality
Symptom
Ice maker produces very large cubes that stick together or jam the ice shovel.
Oversized Ice Cubes / Overfreezing
Symptom
Ice maker runs but produces no ice at all; water is present; fan may run but evaporator does not get cold.
Complete Loss of Cooling
Symptom
Ice maker vibrates excessively or moves on the countertop during operation.
Excessive Vibration / Poor Leveling
Symptom
Ice maker works only intermittently; sometimes fails to start or stops randomly without pattern.
Intermittent Electrical Connection
Symptom
Ice melts quickly in the basket and the interior feels warm between cycles.
Poor Ice Storage Temperature / Insulation or Fan Issue
Symptom
Loud grinding or rattling noise during ice-making cycle.
Mechanical Noise from Ice Shovel or Fan Assembly
Symptom
Unit displays normal operation but produces significantly fewer batches of ice than specified.
Reduced Ice Production Capacity
Symptom
Unit frequently shuts off mid-cycle without any error code.
Thermal Overload / Overheating Protection
Symptom
Visible mold, slime, or heavy scale inside the water reservoir or on the evaporator.
Severe Internal Contamination
Symptom
Water pump runs loudly but little or no water reaches the evaporator.
Restricted Water Flow to Evaporator
Symptom
Water remains in the ice-making tray and does not freeze or dump properly.
