Safety First: Disconnect power before working near moving parts. Do not force jammed components with power applied.

• Inspect harvest mechanism: Remove the front panel to access the harvest motor and sweep arm. Look for broken ice pieces or foreign objects jamming the mechanism. Clear any obstructions.
• Check sweep arm alignment: Ensure the ice sweep arm is not bent and rotates freely by hand through its full range.
• Test motor: Disconnect the harvest motor and measure coil resistance. If open or significantly out of spec, replace the motor. If accessible, apply test voltage per Electrolux service instructions to confirm operation.
• Inspect position switch: Many harvest motors use a cam and micro-switch to signal position. Check the switch for continuity when actuated. Replace if intermittent or stuck.
• Replace harvest assembly: If gears are stripped or the motor is seized, replace the complete harvest motor assembly with the correct Electrolux part. Reassemble, restore power, and run a test harvest.
