• 3. Clean water system: Scale buildup can alter water flow and freezing pattern. Descale the reservoir, pump, and distribution tray.
• 4. Reset control: Unplug for 10 minutes to reset the control board. If overfreezing persists, the thermistor or control board may need replacement.
