Euhomy
Overfreezing / Long Freeze Cycle
Ice cubes are too large, sticking together, or forming a solid block.

Possible Causes
Evaporator sensor mispositioned, Faulty evaporator thermistor reading too warm, Control board not terminating freeze cycle, Low water flow causing uneven freezing
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before adjusting sensors or internal parts.
Steps:
- 1. Adjust ice size setting: If your Euhomy model has a small/large ice setting, set it to smaller and observe if cube size normalizes.
- 2. Check evaporator sensor placement: Access the evaporator and ensure the thermistor is firmly attached to the correct location on the plate, not dangling in air.
- 3. Clean water system: Scale buildup can alter water flow and freezing pattern. Descale the reservoir, pump, and distribution tray.
- 4. Reset control: Unplug for 10 minutes to reset the control board. If overfreezing persists, the thermistor or control board may need replacement.
