- 2. Listen for compressor: After starting, listen at the back for a low humming sound from the compressor. If you only hear the fan, the compressor may not be starting.
- 3. Check ventilation and clean condenser: Ensure good airflow and clean the condenser coil and fan as described in earlier entries.
