Ice cubes stick to the evaporator and do not drop into the bin, causing jams.

• Descale evaporator: Gently clean the metal fingers/plate with a descaling solution and soft cloth to restore a smooth surface.
• Adjust ice size: Select a smaller cube size to shorten freeze time and reduce sticking.
• Check water temperature: Avoid using very cold water from the fridge; room-temperature water can improve release.

If cubes still fail to release and the tray does not fully tilt, the tray motor may be weak and should be replaced.
