Ice cubes are too large or fused together in clumps.

Safety first: Unplug the ice maker before adjusting sensors.

• Clean ice thickness probe: Gently clean the ice thickness probe with warm water and a mild descaler to remove mineral buildup.
• Adjust probe position: Refer to the Gram service manual and set the probe distance from the evaporator to the recommended value. Small adjustments can significantly change cube size.
• Check water flow rate: Ensure the inlet valve is not stuck partially open causing overfill. If water continuously drips over the evaporator between cycles, replace the water inlet valve.
• Run a test cycle: After adjustments, run several cycles and observe cube size. Readjust if necessary.
