Ice maker leaks water onto the floor from the front or rear.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and close the water supply immediately.

• Inspect rear connections: Check the inlet hose connection at the rear of the Gram ice maker and at the household valve. Tighten if damp or dripping.
• Check drain hose: Ensure the drain hose is securely attached and not cracked. Replace the Gram drain hose if damaged.
• Open panels and inspect: Remove front and rear panels and look for water trails from internal hoses, the reservoir, or the pump housing. Replace any cracked plastic fittings or hoses.
• Test after repair: Dry the base, restore water and power, and monitor through several cycles for any new leaks.
