Possible Causes
Partially clogged inlet filter, Circulation pump weak, Spray bar holes blocked, Low household water pressure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water supply.
- Clean inlet filter: Remove the inlet hose at the rear and clean the small mesh filter in the Gram water inlet valve.
- Descale spray bar: Remove and soak the spray bar or distribution tube in descaling solution to clear mineral deposits from the holes.
- Check circulation pump performance: With panels removed, power the unit and observe water flow over the evaporator. Weak or intermittent flow indicates a failing water circulation pump that should be replaced.
- Verify water pressure: Ensure household water pressure meets Gram specifications. If pressure is low, consult a plumber.
