Possible Causes
Unit not level, Loose leveling feet, Compressor start/stop vibration transmitted to cabinet, Panels or grille loose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the unit is stable and cannot tip while adjusting feet.
- Level the unit: Place a spirit level on top of the ice maker. Adjust the front and rear leveling feet until the unit is level side‑to‑side and front‑to‑back.
- Tighten feet and panels: Lock the leveling feet in place and tighten any loose screws on side panels, front grille, and top cover.
- Add vibration isolation: If installed under a counter, place thin rubber pads under the feet to reduce transmission to cabinetry.
- Check for loose internal components: With power disconnected, gently press on internal components (compressor, condenser, pump) to ensure they are firmly mounted.
