How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before working on the control panel.
- 1. Clean surface: Wipe the control panel dry and remove any sticky residue.
- 2. Access keypad board: Remove the front/top cover and locate the keypad PCB. Reseat the ribbon cable to the main board.
- 3. Inspect for moisture: If condensation is present, dry the area thoroughly and allow the board to air-dry for several hours.
- 4. Test switches: For mechanical buttons, test continuity with a multimeter when pressed. Replace the keypad board if switches are faulty.
