• 2. Remove debris: Clear any dust, cable ties, or packaging material touching the blades.
• 3. Adjust shroud: Gently bend the fan shroud or reposition the motor so the blades spin freely.
• 4. Test spin: Spin the fan by hand; if it feels rough or wobbly, the motor bearings may be worn.
• 5. Replace fan motor: Install a new condenser fan motor if noise persists and bearings are noisy.
