Ice cubes are very small, hollow, or irregularly shaped.

Safety first: Unplug the ice maker and drain water before disassembly.

• 1. Check water level: Fill the reservoir to the MAX line and ensure the suction hose is fully submerged.
• 2. Clean water circuit: Remove and clean the pump filter, water distribution tube, and any nozzles with warm water and vinegar.
• 3. Descale evaporator: Run a descaling cycle and wipe the evaporator surface to remove mineral deposits.
• 4. Adjust cube size: Select a larger cube size on the control panel if available.

Warning: Do not use sharp tools on the evaporator; this can cause leaks.
