Water accumulates inside the machine or under the ice basket, but no obvious external leak is visible.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and remove the ice basket.

• 1. Inspect drain holes: Look for small drain openings under the evaporator and in the ice bin area. Clear them with a soft brush or pipe cleaner.
• 2. Check internal hose routing: Remove the side panel and verify that the internal drain hose slopes downward to the reservoir or drain outlet without kinks.
• 3. Examine evaporator tray: Look for cracks or warping that could cause water to spill instead of draining.
• 4. Reduce humidity: Use the ice maker in a less humid room if possible to reduce condensation.
