Possible Causes

Uneven countertop surface, Missing or damaged rubber feet, Internal fan or compressor imbalance, Loose internal mounting screws

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the unit before tipping or lifting it.

Steps to reduce vibration:

  • 1. Level the unit: Place a spirit level on top of the ice maker and adjust its position until it is level front-to-back and side-to-side.
  • 2. Check rubber feet: Inspect the bottom feet. Replace any missing or hardened rubber feet with HOMCOM-compatible replacements.
  • 3. Use a vibration pad: Place a thin rubber or foam mat under the unit to absorb vibration.
  • 4. Inspect internal mounts: Remove the rear panel and check that the compressor, fan, and pump are securely mounted. Tighten any loose screws.

Note: Some vibration is normal, but the unit should not walk across the surface. If it does, internal rotating components may be out of balance and require service.
