Possible Causes
Blocked water pump inlet filter, Failed circulation water pump, Airlock in water line, Loose pump wiring to main control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect from mains before working on the water system.
- 1. Check water level: Ensure the water reservoir is filled to the correct level. Too low a level can cause the pump to draw air and trigger an error.
- 2. Clean pump inlet filter: Remove the water reservoir and locate the pump inlet screen or filter at the base. Rinse under running water to remove scale, slime, or debris.
- 3. Bleed air from system: Refill the reservoir, tilt the machine slightly back and forth to help release trapped air bubbles from the pump and tubing.
- 4. Access the pump: Remove the lower or side panel to reach the circulation water pump. Check for kinks in the silicone hoses and ensure hose clamps are secure.
- 5. Inspect wiring: Verify the pump connector is firmly attached to the main control PCB and that the cable is not damaged.
- 6. Replace pump if necessary: If the pump hums but does not move water, or is completely silent when it should run (and voltage is present), replace the circulation water pump assembly.
