ADD
Display shows ADD or water droplet icon, beeping, machine will not start ice cycle.
Low Water Level Detected
CLEAN
CLEAN indicator or code appears, machine beeps and may pause ice production until cleaning is performed.
Cleaning Cycle Reminder / Scale Build-Up Detection
E1
Ice maker stops shortly after starting, fan does not run, and E1 is shown on the display.
Condenser Fan Motor Failure / Fan Feedback Error
E2
Ice maker beeps and displays E2, no ice is produced, water tray does not move into position.

E4
E4 is displayed, unit stops, compressor may run briefly then shut off, no ice is produced.
Ambient / Cabinet Temperature Sensor Fault
E5
E5 error appears, compressor does not start or stops quickly, fan may run, no cooling.
Compressor Overload / Start Circuit Fault
E6
E6 displayed, machine beeps and stops, water pump does not run or runs briefly then stops.
Water Pump Circuit Fault
E7
E7 error, unit stops, ice basket does not move or is detected as mispositioned.
Ice Full Sensor / Basket Position Fault
E8
E8 displayed, machine stops, water level appears incorrect or inconsistent.
Water Level Sensor / Float Switch Fault
E9
E9 error appears, unit may run but produces very little or no ice, often after long use.
Refrigeration System Performance / Low Refrigerant Protection
ICE
Display shows ICE or ice bucket icon flashing, machine stops making ice even though basket is not full.
False Ice-Full Detection
Symptom
Display lights up but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.
Keypad / Control Panel Failure
Symptom
Display segments are missing or unreadable, but unit still makes ice.
LED / LCD Display Fault
Symptom
Ice cubes are very small, hollow, or melt quickly in the basket.
Insufficient Freeze Time / Poor Heat Transfer
Symptom
Ice cubes have a bad taste or odour (plastic, chemical, or musty).
Contaminated Water Path / Odour Absorption
Symptom
Ice cubes stick together in large clumps in the basket.
Ice Bridging / Clumping
Symptom
Ice maker continues to run even when the ice basket is clearly full.
Ice-Full Sensor Not Stopping Production
Symptom
Ice maker is very noisy during operation, with rattling, buzzing, or grinding sounds.
Mechanical Vibration / Fan or Pump Noise
Symptom
Ice maker overflows ice into the lid area or jams because ice is not being detected as full.
Ice-Full Detection Failure
Symptom
Ice maker produces ice for a while then stops, but display still shows running status.
Ice Tray or Pump Stalling Without Error Detection
Symptom
Ice maker produces ice very slowly; cycles take much longer than normal and ice output is low.
Reduced Cooling Capacity
Symptom
Ice maker runs but ice melts quickly in the basket; basket area feels warm.
Poor Insulation / Warm Air Ingress
Symptom
Ice maker runs but produces no ice at all; compressor and fan may or may not run.
Complete Loss of Cooling
Symptom
Ice maker runs but water does not flow over the evaporator; no ice forms though pump can be heard.
Water Circulation Failure
Symptom
Ice maker stops mid-cycle and does not resume until manually restarted.
Thermal Overload / Overheating Protection
Symptom
Loud knocking or banging noise when ice is released into the basket.
Ice Tray Misalignment / Hard Ice Release
Symptom
Unit displays normal operation but ice cubes are stuck on the evaporator and do not drop into the basket.
Ice Release Failure
Symptom
Unit does not power on at all; no lights or display when plugged in.
