Steps to clear ICE FULL:

• Empty the basket: Remove all ice and the basket itself.
• Locate the sensor: Find the pair of small windows or sensor modules near the ice chute or bin opening.
• Clean sensor windows: Use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with warm water to wipe both the emitter and receiver. Remove any frost or mineral film.
• Check alignment: Ensure both sides face each other directly and that no internal plastic parts are blocking the beam.
• Reset power: Plug the unit back in and restart. If the indicator remains on, the sensor may be defective.
• Replace sensor if needed: Install a new NewAir ice level sensor assembly and reconnect to the control board.
