• Check water level: Ensure the reservoir is filled to the proper line.
• Use cooler water: Fill with cold, filtered water to reduce freeze time and improve cube density.
• Clean evaporator: Run a cleaning cycle and manually wipe the evaporator plate to remove scale.
• Inspect pump and filter: Clean any intake screens and verify the circulation pump is delivering a steady flow over the evaporator.

Note: In very hot rooms, some reduction in cube size is normal; improving ventilation can help.
