• Check reservoir seating: Remove and reinstall the water tank, ensuring it is fully seated and locked into place.
• Inspect reservoir and drain plug: Look for cracks in the plastic tank and ensure the drain plug (if present) is fully tightened and its gasket is intact.
• Level the unit: Make sure the ice maker is level so water does not overflow from the chamber.
• Test for internal leaks: Fill the reservoir and observe the underside of the unit for drips. If water appears from inside the housing, an internal hose or fitting may be leaking and requires disassembly.
