How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the ice maker and discard any ice and water before cleaning.
Cleaning procedure:
- Drain and rinse: Open the drain plug and empty the reservoir. Rinse with clean water.

- Scrub surfaces: Use a soft brush or cloth to clean the reservoir, ice basket, lid underside, and any surfaces that contact water or ice.
- Flush thoroughly: Drain the cleaning solution, then refill and drain with clean water 2–3 times to remove any residue.
- Use filtered water: Going forward, use filtered or bottled water to reduce scale and improve taste.
