Safety: Unplug the ice maker before removing the water tank or internal panels.

Steps:

Check water level: Ensure the reservoir is adequately filled.
Clean intake screen: Remove the water tank and clean any mesh filter or intake screen at the bottom with a soft brush.
Bleed air: Refill the tank and tilt the unit slightly backward and forward to help remove trapped air from the pump.
Inspect hoses: Open the rear/bottom panel and check for kinks or blockages in the silicone hoses. Straighten or replace as needed.
Replace pump: If the pump hums but does not move water even after cleaning and bleeding, replace the water circulation pump.

Water pump makes a humming noise but no water reaches the evaporator tray.
