Reducing clumping:

• Empty and dry bin: Remove all ice, discard clumped cubes, and dry the bin thoroughly.
• Check bin temperature: Use a thermometer to verify the bin stays below freezing. If too warm, inspect door seals and airflow.
• Inspect harvest cycle: Ensure cubes are fully frozen and released cleanly from the evaporator. If they are wet or slushy, check evaporator temperature and harvest timing.
• Bin thermostat: If equipped, test and replace a faulty Siemens bin thermostat that allows excessive warming.
