Water pooling inside the ice storage bin or at the bottom of the compartment

Safety: Disconnect power before working inside the compartment.

Clearing internal drains:

• Locate drain: Find the small drain hole or channel at the bottom of the ice compartment.
• Remove blockage: Use a soft brush or pipe cleaner to remove ice, food particles, or scale.
• Flush with warm water: Pour a small amount of warm (not boiling) water into the drain to melt any ice and confirm flow to the drain pan or pump.
• Check drain hose routing: Ensure the hose slopes downward without loops that can trap water.
