• Clean condenser: Remove the front or rear grille and thoroughly vacuum and brush the condenser fins. Use compressed air if available, blowing from inside out.
• Check condenser fan: Confirm the fan runs whenever the compressor is on. If not, test the fan motor and replace if defective.
• Ambient temperature: Verify that the room temperature is within the recommended range. Relocate the unit if installed near ovens, dishwashers, or direct sunlight.
• Reset protection: After cooling and cleaning, restore power. Some models may require a manual reset or a power cycle to clear the E14 error.
