Safety first: Unplug the unit and close the water supply before disconnecting any water lines.

Steps:

• Confirm water supply: Verify the shut-off valve is open and the supply hose is not kinked.
• Check for internal water: Open the bin and internal panels to see if the sump or reservoir is filling. If dry, suspect the inlet valve or filter.
• Test inlet valve: Measure coil resistance and replace the valve if open or if it does not open when energized.
• Inspect ice level sensor: Clean and test the sensor; if it falsely reads full, the unit will not start a new cycle.
