Water accumulates inside the unit or under the ice basket, but not outside the cabinet.

Safety: Unplug the unit before inspection.

• Clear drain channel: Locate the internal drain hole at the bottom of the ice compartment and clear any ice or debris using a soft brush or pipe cleaner.
• Check internal hoses: Remove panels as needed to inspect internal drain and circulation hoses for kinks or disconnections. Reattach and secure with clamps.
• Verify water level control: Inspect the water level sensor/float for proper operation. A stuck float can cause overfilling and internal overflow; clean or replace as needed.
• Test operation: After clearing and reassembling, run a cycle and monitor for internal leaks.
