• Level the unit: Use a spirit level and adjust the feet so the Tristar ice maker sits firmly on all corners.
• Check for loose panels: Tighten any loose screws on side, rear, or top panels that may vibrate.
• Inspect fan: Remove the rear panel and check the condenser fan for wobble or contact with shrouds. Tighten the fan blade or replace the Tristar condenser fan motor if bearings are noisy.
• Compressor mounts: Ensure rubber grommets under the compressor are intact and bolts are snug but not overtightened.
• Basket motor: If noise occurs only when the basket moves, inspect and lubricate (if allowed) or replace the Tristar ice basket motor assembly.
