Buttons on the control panel do not respond or respond only intermittently.

Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.

Steps:

• 1. Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not allow liquid to seep into the edges.
• 2. Reseat ribbon cable: Remove the control panel cover and reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the main board.
• 3. Inspect for moisture: If condensation is present under the overlay, allow the panel to dry completely before reassembly.
• 4. Replace keypad: If specific buttons never work or require excessive pressure, replace the Vremi control panel keypad assembly.

Tip: Avoid pressing buttons with sharp objects, which can damage the membrane.
