• Descale interior: Use a food-safe ice machine cleaner or a 1:1 vinegar-water solution to scrub the reservoir, evaporator, and water paths. Avoid abrasive tools that can damage surfaces.
• Flush thoroughly: Rinse multiple times with clean water and run at least one full batch of ice to discard.
• Improve drainage: Ensure the drain is clear so water does not stagnate.
