Microwave interior light turns on, fan runs, but turntable does not rotate.

Safety first: Unplug the microwave before accessing the bottom or internal components.

• Check tray and roller ring:
  • Remove the glass tray and roller ring.
  • Clean both and the cavity floor.
  • Inspect the roller ring for broken wheels.
• Inspect coupler:
  • Check the plastic coupler that fits into the motor shaft.
  • Replace if cracked or stripped.
• Test motor (if qualified):
  • Access the turntable motor from the bottom.
  • Check that the shaft turns freely by hand.
  • If seized or not turning during operation, replace the motor.
