Possible Causes

Open-circuit convection heating element, Faulty convection thermostat, Faulty relay on control PCB, Loose wiring to convection element

Test element: Measure resistance across the convection element terminals. Replace if open.
Check thermostat and wiring: Test for continuity and inspect for burnt connectors.
