How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug and allow the unit to cool.
- Access convection element: Usually located behind the rear cavity wall with a fan. Remove the rear panel inside the cavity if serviceable.
- Test element: Measure resistance across the convection element terminals. Replace if open.
- Check thermostat and wiring: Test for continuity and inspect for burnt connectors.
