How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the microwave before reaching inside to inspect parts.
- Remove and clean: Take out the glass tray and roller ring. Wash them with warm soapy water, dry thoroughly, and wipe the cavity floor.
- Inspect components: Check the roller ring for flat spots or broken wheels. Inspect the glass tray for chips or cracks, especially around the center.
- Check coupler: Look at the plastic coupler on the floor of the cavity. Ensure it is not cracked and sits firmly on the motor shaft.
