Control board initialization or display test mode
dE
Microwave displays dE or DE and will not start; often accompanied by a door open icon.
Door error / door not detected as closed
E1
Microwave beeps and displays E1 shortly after pressing START; cooking does not begin.
Keypad or control panel communication fault
E2
Microwave displays E2 and will not start heating; timer may count down but no cooking occurs.
Temperature sensor or cavity thermistor fault
E3
Microwave shows E3 and stops heating; may beep repeatedly and cancel the cycle.
Magnetron overheat or thermal cutout fault
E4
Microwave displays E4 and will not start; sometimes appears after a power surge or lightning storm.
Main control board failure or power supply fault
