• Test without load: With the tray removed, plug in and start a short cycle. Look through the window to see if the coupler turns smoothly (keep hands away).
• If no rotation or E18 persists: The turntable motor or its wiring likely needs replacement from underneath the cavity, which should be done by a technician.
