E01
Microwave will not start; display works but pressing START does nothing or beeps and shows E01.
Door Interlock Safety Circuit Fault
E02
Microwave stops heating shortly after start and displays E02, or will not start heating at all but the turntable and light may work.
Magnetron Overheat or Magnetron Drive Fault
E03
Microwave does not heat; fan and turntable may run, but food stays cold and E03 appears on the display.
High-Voltage System Failure
E04
Microwave runs but stops after a few seconds and shows E04, or will not start and immediately shows E04.
Inverter or Power Control Board Fault (Inverter Models)
E05
Microwave display shows E05 and unit will not start; sometimes appears after long cooking sessions.
Cavity Temperature Sensor / Thermistor Fault
E06
Microwave shows E06 and beeps; some models may still allow clock setting but no heating.
Humidity / Steam Sensor Fault (Auto-Cook Models)
E07
Microwave displays E07 and will not start; sometimes occurs after a power surge or outage.
Control Panel / Keypad Communication Error
E08
Microwave shows E08 and may shut down mid-cycle; fan may continue running.
Cooling Fan or Airflow Fault
E09
Microwave displays E09 and will not start; sometimes accompanied by a faint burning smell previously.
Relay or Power Control Failure
E10
Microwave shows E10 and beeps; clock may work but no cooking functions operate.
Low Voltage Detection / Power Supply Fault
E11
Microwave displays E11 when using grill or combination modes; heating stops.
Grill Element Overheat or Grill Sensor Fault
E12
Microwave shows E12 and stops; often associated with convection or hot-air modes on combination models.
Convection Fan or Heater Fault
E13
Microwave shows E13 and beeps continuously; buttons may not respond correctly.
Keypad Stuck or Shorted Key Error
E14
Microwave displays E14 and may shut down unexpectedly during operation.
Internal Overtemperature Protection Trip
E15
Microwave shows E15 immediately on power-up; no functions are available.
EEPROM / Configuration Memory Error
E16
Microwave displays E16 and may intermittently lose display or reset during cooking.
Power Line Frequency / Synchronization Error
E17
Microwave shows E17 when starting; sometimes accompanied by a loud hum and immediate shutdown.
Magnetron Current Overload
E18
Microwave displays E18 and the turntable does not rotate, or rotation is jerky and noisy.
Turntable Motor or Position Sensor Fault
E19
Microwave shows E19 and interior light does not come on when door opens; unit may not start.
Door Sensing / Monitor Switch Fault
E20
Microwave displays E20 and some auto-cook or weight-defrost functions do not work correctly.
Weight Sensor / Load Detection Fault (Models with Weight Sensor)
Symptom
Microwave cavity has heavy condensation, water droplets, or minor leaking of water from the door area after cooking.
Excess Condensation / Door Seal Issue
Symptom
Microwave convection or hot-air function does not heat, but microwave-only mode works.
Convection Heater or Fan Failure
Symptom
Microwave cooking is uneven; some areas of food are very hot while others remain cold.
Uneven Heating / Standing Wave Pattern Issues
Symptom
Microwave display is dim, flickering, or completely blank, but the unit may still heat when started by known button sequences.
Display Module or Low-Voltage Supply Fault
Symptom
Microwave does not power on at all; display is blank and no lights or sounds occur.
No Power / Dead Appliance
Symptom
Microwave door will not close properly or pops open during operation.
Door Alignment / Latch Failure
Symptom
Microwave door will not open or is stuck closed after cooking.
Door Latch Mechanism Jammed
Symptom
Microwave emits a strong burning, electrical, or plastic smell during or after use.
Overheating Component or Cavity Contamination
Symptom
Microwave grill function does not heat, but microwave-only mode works normally.
Grill Element Circuit Failure
Symptom
Microwave interior light does not work, but the unit heats and operates normally.
Cavity Lamp Failure
Symptom
Microwave interior light, fan, and turntable operate with the door open, or the unit attempts to run when the door is not fully closed.
Door Safety Interlock Miswiring or Stuck Relay
Symptom
Microwave keypad buttons do not respond, or only some buttons work intermittently.
Keypad / Touch Panel Failure
Symptom
Microwave makes loud buzzing, humming, or grinding noises during operation, louder than normal fan noise.
Abnormal Mechanical or High-Voltage Noise
Symptom
Microwave produces visible sparks or arcing inside the cavity during cooking.
Cavity Arcing / Waveguide Contamination
Symptom
Microwave runs (light on, turntable spinning, fan running) but food does not heat up at all.
No Microwave Output / Magnetron Not Energizing
Symptom
Microwave runs but the fan seems weak and the exterior becomes very hot to the touch.
Insufficient Cooling Airflow
Symptom
Microwave runs for a few seconds and then stops, clearing the time or returning to the clock without heating fully.
Intermittent Power Loss or Safety Trip
Symptom
Microwave time counts down too quickly or too slowly compared to real time.
Timer / Clock Calibration Error
Symptom
Microwave trips the household circuit breaker or blows a fuse when starting or during cooking.
Short Circuit or Overcurrent Condition
Symptom
Microwave turntable does not rotate, but heating still occurs.
