How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect from mains before opening the control panel.
- Step 1 – Observe behavior: Note which components run continuously (fan, light, turntable). This helps identify which relay may be stuck.
- Step 2 – Inspect control PCB: Remove the control panel and examine the board for signs of overheating around relays or triacs.
- Step 3 – Clean contamination: If you see grease or moisture on the PCB, carefully clean with isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush, then allow to dry completely.
- Step 4 – Replace PCB or relay: If a relay is welded closed, it must be replaced. Most users will replace the entire control PCB for reliability.
