How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the microwave before inspecting the cord or internal connections.

Steps:

1. Outlet test: Plug another appliance (like a lamp) into the same outlet to confirm stable power. Avoid using extension cords or power strips.
2. Dedicated circuit: If possible, connect the microwave to a dedicated 15A or 20A circuit as recommended by Vida.
3. Inspect power cord: Check for cuts, kinks, or burn marks. If damaged, discontinue use.
4. Internal cord connection (for DIYers): Remove the outer cover (after unplugging) and verify that the cord strain relief and internal terminal connections are tight and not discolored.

If E11 persists with a known-good outlet and intact cord, the control board may have been damaged by a surge and should be replaced by a technician.

Microwave displays E11 and the clock or display may flicker or reset randomly.
