Water or condensation drips from the side of the cooker or onto the countertop during or after cooking.

Safety first: Unplug the cooker before removing external accessories.

• Check condensation collector: Ensure the plastic condensation collector cup is installed correctly at the rear or side of the cooker. Empty and clean it regularly.
• Clean channels: Wipe the condensation channel around the lid and body to remove grease or food residue that may divert water.
• Inspect gasket: Check the lid gasket for damage that could allow steam and water to escape abnormally. Replace if necessary.
• Level placement: Make sure the cooker is level so that condensation flows into the collector, not over the edge.
