Possible Causes
Missing or clogged condensation collector cup, Damaged lid gasket, Excessive condensation due to high humidity, Cracked condensation channel
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before removing external accessories.
- Check condensation collector: Ensure the plastic condensation collector cup is installed correctly at the rear or side of the cooker. Empty and clean it regularly.
- Clean channels: Wipe the condensation channel around the lid and body to remove grease or food residue that may divert water.
- Inspect gasket: Check the lid gasket for damage that could allow steam and water to escape abnormally. Replace if necessary.
- Level placement: Make sure the cooker is level so that condensation flows into the collector, not over the edge.
