Possible Causes

Worn membrane switches, Moisture ingress behind panel, Loose control panel connector, Cracked touch panel PCB

Safety: Unplug the cooker before accessing the control panel.

Dry the panel: If the panel was wiped with excessive liquid, allow it to dry for several hours.
Inspect connector: Remove the front/top cover and reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the main PCB.
Test individual keys: If only some keys fail, the membrane or touch sensor is likely worn and the panel should be replaced.
