E0
Multicooker will not start a program and displays E0 immediately after pressing START.
Inner Pot / Temperature Sensor Not Detected
E1
E1 error appears shortly after starting a cooking program; heating stops and the cooker beeps.
Open-Circuit Bottom Temperature Sensor (NTC) or Sensor Disconnected
E2
E2 error appears during preheating or cooking; unit stops heating and beeps.
Short-Circuit Bottom Temperature Sensor (NTC) or Over-Temperature Detection
E3
E3 error appears when trying to start a pressure or high-temperature program; cooker does not build pressure.
Lid / Upper Temperature Sensor Fault or Overheat at Lid
E4
E4 error appears during pressure cooking; cooker stops and may release steam.
Pressure Sensor Fault or Abnormal Pressure Reading
E5
E5 error appears shortly after starting a program; cooker may heat briefly then shut off.
Overheat Protection Triggered at Heating Plate
E6
E6 error appears and the cooker does not heat; display may still respond to buttons.
Heating Element Circuit Fault
E7
E7 error appears when trying to start a pressure program; cooker does not build pressure and stops.
Lid Not Locked or Lid Lock Switch Fault
E8
E8 error appears during pressure cooking; cooker may release steam and stop the program.
Abnormal High Pressure or Pressure Relief Fault
E9
E9 error appears and the cooker does not start heating; sometimes occurs after a power surge.
Internal Control Circuit Error or EEPROM Fault
Err
Display shows "Err" or "Error" and beeps; no specific numeric code is given.
Generic System Error / Self-Test Failure
H0
Display shows H0 or similar and the cooker does not start a program.
Overheat Lockout / Residual Heat Detected
Lid
Display shows "Lid" or a lid icon and the cooker refuses to start pressure programs.
Lid Open Detection / Lid Position Sensor Fault
P0
Display shows P0 and the cooker does not heat; some buttons may still respond.
Power Supply / Low Voltage Protection
Symptom
A strong burning smell is noticed during operation, even when food is not burnt.
Overheating or Electrical Insulation Burning
Symptom
Buttons on the control panel are unresponsive or require very hard pressing.
Keypad / Touch Panel Failure
Symptom
Display and lights flicker or reset during cooking; cooker may stop mid-cycle.
Intermittent Power Supply or Loose Connection
Symptom
Display is dim, segments missing, or completely blank while the cooker still heats.
Display Module or Backlight Failure
Symptom
Exterior of the multicooker becomes excessively hot to touch during normal operation.
Insulation / Thermal Shielding Degradation
Symptom
Food is consistently undercooked or overcooked compared to the selected program.
Temperature / Pressure Calibration Drift
Symptom
Inner pot bottom is burnt while the top layer of food is still raw.
Uneven Heating / Localized Overheating
Symptom
Inner pot coating is peeling, scratched, or food sticks badly even on non-stick models.
Inner Pot Coating Degradation
Symptom
Keep Warm function overheats food, causing it to dry out or burn on the bottom.
Keep Warm Temperature Too High
Symptom
Lid is stuck and cannot be opened after cooking; no pressure is visible but the lock will not release.
Lid Lock Mechanism Jammed
Symptom
Multicooker beeps repeatedly and will not start, even though no error code is shown.
User Safety Interlock Not Satisfied
Symptom
Multicooker does not power on at all; no lights or display when plugged in.
No Power / Dead Appliance
Symptom
Multicooker emits unusual buzzing or humming from inside the base during operation.
Electrical Noise from Transformer or Relay
Symptom
Multicooker heats but never reaches pressure; steam constantly escapes from the lid.
Pressure Not Building
Symptom
Multicooker makes loud clicking, popping, or metallic noises during heating.
Thermal Expansion Noise / Loose Internal Components
Symptom
Multicooker powers on but will not start any program; pressing START does nothing.
Control Panel Input Failure
Symptom
Multicooker trips the household circuit breaker or RCD when plugged in or when heating starts.
Short Circuit or Earth Leakage
Symptom
Programs end too quickly, with the cooker switching to Keep Warm before reaching full cooking time.
Premature Program Termination
Symptom
Steam escapes continuously from the float valve area and the float never rises.
Float Valve Seal Failure
Symptom
Steam or water leaks from around the lid edges during pressure cooking.
Lid Seal Leakage
Symptom
Water or condensation drips from the side of the cooker or onto the countertop during use.
Condensation Management / Collector Overflow
Symptom
Water or foam spurts out of the steam release valve during cooking, making a mess.
Excessive Foaming / Steam Outlet Contamination
